Mr Tyme

I am concerned with the growing number of teen-
age "heroes" this city has aquired. They are
young,reckless, and as much of a danger to
the city as those they seem to be fighting
against.

In the spirit of my feelings on this matter,
I present to you these images. There are
four images included - two photographs
taken by unknown source in King'sRow,
and two stills from the CCTV loop of an
office block in Steel Canyon.

spycam1 shows a gatheringof teenage mutants (Metahumans, as the press
seems to call them) atop a roof in King's Row. Not all their idenities are
known for sure, however,note the appearance second from the right)
of Fusebox, relative of the head of ZorTel Industries, and infamous in
her own right. Also, the uppermost figure in the shot is The Pest, who has
become known for his brutal tactics and penchant for firearms.

of the same gathering. The omin
ous figure to the far right is entir
ely unknown to any of my
sources, and it is regrettable that
a better picture of him does not
exist - especially given the
content of the next two pictures.
