there are few heroes hotter than this weeks guest, 'Mr
Party'
himself, Quickblade. As all you party
animals know
Quickblade is the big Daddy of those hot, fortnightly
dance meets, the Paragon Club Nights. I asked the groovin, mover himself how he got started in the dance promotion business? ' Well C.S,' he said ' I am really a good, old fashion rock n roll man me self , however, with the dance studio standing empty, I thought, why not start a series of fortnightly dance meets , give all these hard working heroes a chance to chill out and to enjoy meeting up with others.' Quickblade pauses in our chat as he teleports in another eager hero. 'Well, Charlie. I am glad to tell you that is meet is the best ever! We have got eight times as many folks here than we had at the last meet.' he beams with pride as he tells me this. |
| Folks, this is one hero who takes pleasure in providing a platform for all those people who daily patrols our streets to keep us safe. I was curious to find out why this nights meet had a high attendance. Quickblade smiled as I asked the question. 'Charlie, I have managed to harness a vast, seething source of power to help me in making tonights meet the best ever.' At this, he lowered his voice and said, 'I advertised, Charlie. I got in contact with the Paragon Times and they were good enough to place an advert highlighting the meet.' |

Then knowing that the readers of this column enjoy
finding out a bit more about the hero, I asked Quickblade
what he usually did. 'Well, Charlie, the answer is
straight
forward. I am just one of your regular hero-types, but,
hey, even a hero likes to have time to relax, so hence
the reason for organising these meets. It makes me feel
good to see all these folks relaxing and enjoying
themselves. That is what makes this job so enjoyable
.' Quickblade answered modestly.
