Now for the interesting stuff about QoC.
This young meta-hume is a recent arrival to
Paragon City. She is in her early twenties and her powers
consist of an ice and energy blend of powers. Her code name has three layers to it; A) QoC refers to various games of chance, just like how a heroes life is B) This ice cool lass is hot stuff in the local clubs, especially at Quickblades Club Nights over at Steel Canyon C) and finally, it refers to the method she employs when rounding up the Hellions So you have been warned and hopefully you'll be seeing more of QoC in the P&T |
