The Post & Tymes is once more in the
headlines. As readers will recall that earlier on in the
year, the P&T offices were devastated by a series of
fire bomb attacks which lead to various staff members
being hospitalised and wide spread damage to the printing
presses. With the appointment of Justin Tyme as Editor, things seemed to have been picking up. However, finiacial problems, caused by the Banks when they withdraw their services has plunged the P&T back into a crisis. Mr Tyme (38) issued the following statement; |
'It is with a heavy heart that I have to report that the P&T is in the midst of finiacial problems, caused by the freezing of our assests by the Banks. What has caused this action I am unable to coment upon, only to say that the P&T has made many enemies in various quarters, due to our fearless reporting and integrity. I wish to personally thank all those many people that have worked hard into making the P&T what it is today and that even at this moment I am looking into a rescue package.' Mr Tyme declined to comment further on this issue. |
